Obstacle all your Probelms and become a successful person

Where there is a will, you will find out a way for achieving your goal. This means we are writing our fate.

But there are a lot of obstacles in front of us. Our discussion is center around to Age factor, failure, Financial and educational.

Age factor

If you think age is a factor to learn CA course, then, see the following example and change your thought.

After retirement age, SD Bala thought for a new career. Joined CA course in the age of 56. Gone through regular articlship and finally 10 days before attaining the age of 60, he becomes a Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Reverse case

There are certain students who start studying in younger age and keep on writing CA exam and qualify as CA when they become senior citizen. We can compare this is with Famous cricketer “Rahul David Innings. Write exam till ICAI fails to fail. But the effort they have taken in all their ages where just awesome.

This proves there is no age limit for learning.

Failure

If we fail, as usual will decrease confidence and sails over failure. Let us observe the following example

The result of May 2010 was produced a breaking news of securing rank by a Failed student and his name is Archit Atual shah from Gujarat. Out of 8 papers, he failed more than 5 papers during November 2009 exam. From Failure to success only you have to travel from November to May. In short Failure is not a limiting factor to achieve success rather an external indicator to achieve the best result.

Financial

Some time your parents may be illiterate as well as they are not in a position to let you to go coaching classes. Some time you have to take tuition to income and articlship stipend may be not enough to survive.

This real life story written by “Anil Kumar Gupta about his real life experience. He was belongs to a poor family background. Most of the subject he was adopted for “self study” Method. Taken Tuition classes for his survival since articlship stipend were not enough to meet all the expense.

But students who are undergoing coaching classes for reputed faculties were fails miserably.

Educational

Some time our educational back ground may be in a vernacular medium. This may create some problem at the time of doing CA course. If you are from a non commerce back ground and vernacular medium student, then it is really a challenging.

Up to my Graduation, my learning medium was vernacular medium. When joined CA course, there is no other option for me other than studying English. Though, it was difficult for me at the beginning but by luck got a grip over language.

In short, if you decided to become a CA even if you are aged, Or from a poor family back ground or educational back ground , you achieve it.

This is dedicated to Failed students.... Dont worry be happy

CA Final result is Out and hearty congratulation to those who have made their dream True. Those who are failed, Pause a while, change your selves and achieve the same. These articles I am dedicated to those who seek suggestion for improving the study Routine.

The study process is indeed involves Investment of time. From today onwards 105 days or 2520 hours of time is Left for investing your study process.  How effective you are utilize time for study process will determine your success. For that you have to forget your present failure.

“Write your sad moment in a sand and Glad moment in Rock”.
But normally reverse is happening. Always we try to hold worst thought and creating a negative feeling and finally another failure. Human have antenna which easily catch negative thought faster and positive thought slowly.
Instead of thinking about failure, dream about clearing the exam and becoming a CA. This will give you an extra power and energy to work hard and improve productivity. Change your Thought process.
Each day, when you wake up, take a firm decision to utilize the time of that day very effectively for study process. Before going to sleep, just ensure that you have utilized the day effectively.

Identify what was the root cause for present Failure?
How you fail is immaterial, but what was caused your failure is highly relevant.  Reason for failure is being different from person to person. Each of you has valid and genuine reason for failure. Commit strongly yourself for not repeating the same mistake again. Henry Ford Quote, “Failure is a right step to start wise again”. If you are not committing the same mistake, then, it is a wise start.
If you want to success in exam, open your mind. From a “No way”, you have to find out a “way”. There is a way opened in front of you to reach success. But the choice is yours to open or close your mind.

Increase the bench mark
Fix a good bench mark which will automatically optimize your performance. If your bench mark is good and if you have a good confidence, you will work hard to achieve your bench mark and ultimately you will get a good result.

Plan your studies
Before plan your studies, following two parameters should be taken in to account
a)   Your strength and weakness with respect to studies
b)  Maximum utilization of time in effective manner.

Balanced study
Your studies must be balanced. Some of you may extremely good in practical and not good in theoretical angle and vice versa. This will reflect in your exam marks. Effort must be taken from your part to improve your weakness so that your studies will be balanced.

Quality study
First thing is ensure “Quality of study” and not “Quantity of study”. This means Coverage of entire syllabus with crystal clarity of the conceptual part. If you are clear with conceptual angle, no doubt you can handle any kind of practical or challenging questions by hitting the concepts.

All the best

Merit of writing Both Group

Dear Friends
This is the discussion focusing about writing both group, its merit and reason for opting group wise.

If we take the trend of student writing both groups together, it is lower than individual group. Why more students like to write

CA exam individual group??
Only one resource is required for writing both group in my opinion is “Sufficient time” for preparation. This is varying from students to student so that defining a time frame for writing both groups is impossible.

Investment in studies involves time. Our objective here is not to reduce the time rather optimize the time to study.

Writing group wise is lagging your success see following cases.
Those who are written group wise, after their exam, they start preparation for pending group bit slowly. After the result, if adverse event happen, they have to focus again what they have already learned and the pending group will be pending for ever. Even if the result declares and cleared the group, there require time to settle down the remaining group and this will lead to hypertension and failure. Thus, in effect 1 year may be lost. What will happen if you are loosing 1 year at I P C C stage and 1 year at Final stages?

How can switch to both groups?

a)   If you are learning first time, try to study both group. If you feel confidence then proceed with both group.
b)  If you are not feeling confident then give more focus and stress on any one group at your choice.
c)    There are good and easy reference books are available in the market. Those who find difficult with module, switch to good reference book.
d)   There are good teachers for all the subjects. If a particular subject causes you a headache, approach with good teachers and extra home work. You can overcome difficulties.

Why students opt for individual group?
1.   Insufficient time

At the time of registering, I think some of our friends have sufficient time for preparing both Groups. Seriousness to studies is slow poison. When the exam dates approaches, will be more serious about studies and there is no choice other than group.

Some others because of vast area of syllabus and come from non -commerce streams may require more time to settle down.

Due to Rush between office and coaching class find difficult for own preparations, classes for any particular group may be pending.

Thus, the reason for insufficient time is vary.

2.   Fear to fail
This is the major reason where the students opt for Individual group. Some may be thinking that giving full focus on any particular group will lead to passing the exam.

This is may not be true. Since CA exam pattern and method cannot be predictable.

One of the important issue associated with group wise students are failing for want of aggregate marks. Getting 40 marks is not a difficult but overall mark may be problems. Even if you fail for want of aggregate you still failed.

Merit for opting of  both group

a)   Carry forward benefit

You can simply overcome the aggregate mark problems by carry forwarding.

b)  No pending of other group
Since you have learned both groups, there is no problem of pending other group always.

Flip up side of writing both groups

But writing both groups without have enough time for preparation is just like committing suicide. It will spoil your quality of study and ultimately failure.

Your Action plan for November 11 exam

Dear Friends
Now Your CA final result is just over and trend is seems to be pretty good. But what ever happened, still some of our friends were struggling for passing out CA exam. Now there are two segments of people who are going to write November 11 exam. The first group is already failed in May exam and second category is fresher’s.
My word to Losers of exam
Having failed in spite of your all possible effort is simply says “miserable”. No one can stop you from failing until you have changing your mindset in a positive manner.
This failure just like an external indicator for internal performance improvement.  If you observe you’re the failure pattern itself shows a consistent trend pattern! (Fails for Aggregate or fails in practical or theoretical papers.)
First of all, you have to change your mental outlook in a positive manner.  Getting a grip over your weakness will help you to success your next exam.  Second, you have to motivate yourselves.  Remember ‘No one can motivate you other than yourselves. You have to pass your life, so, you have to keep motivate yourselves; put extra effort, if it is necessary to accomplish your goals.
This is not the time to disappoint rather the right time to set forth your full power in to one particular mission that is next November exam. Whether you have failed or fresher, wake up from your sleep first and think to exploit the remaining days more effectively for study process.
How can write your next exam in a better manner??
In this Endeavour, there require a good and effective daily study plan and strategy.  You are the only person responsible chalking out your plans. Whatever time you get free can be utilized for study process. If you looking back for the strategy of others, the result will be negative.  Self strategy is one of the most important ingredients.
 How a Topper become Topper??
Whether you are going for Practical or theory, getting over concepts is most important.  This can be accelerated by your coaching teachers or good reference book and self study or group studies.
Revision will help you to build your concepts stronger and better and testing under exam circumstance will help you to improve yourselves.
If you are following the above three things strictly, then, you will become a un beatable person by yourselves.
Never feel that you have no time or running short of time. It is your duty to find out time to chalk out the action plan. Remember , all are facing the same problem of lack of time.
 ( L R T Techniques)
Your total study cycle should be allocated for “Learning, Revising and Testing” before your actual exam.
Each of these steps is very important and has to be chalked out very seriously and same important.
Example

Days
7 AM to 1 PM
3 PM to 11 PM
Monday to Wednesday
Learning
Learning
Thursday to Saturday
Revise
Revise
Sunday
Mock test
Mock test

Total days shall be allocated for both practical and theory segment. However, if you find a particular paper hectic, allocate some more time for it. As far as practical papers are concerned, solving extra number of problems will not only improve your conceptual bunch but also problem solving speeds, so it is a twin benefit for you.
Remembering section number or name of case laws is not at all important, rather writing the relevant point is most important. However, if you can able to write it in exam will be added advantages. For that better prepare a chart of sections and fix it in a place you can see it frequently.

Tips for Presentation to CA exam

Good presentation tips for CA exam

Some useful tips to better presentation.

Useful tips to make better presented answers

AEssay style
The Old Man and the Sea tells an epic battle between an old, experienced fisherman and a giant marlin. The fisherman, who is named Santiago, has gone 84 days without catching any fish at all. He is so unlucky that his young apprentice, Manolin, has been forbidden by his parents to sail with the old man and been ordered to fish with more successful fishermen. Thus on the 85th day, Santiago sets out alone, taking his skiff far onto the Gulf. He sets his lines and, by noon of the first day, a big fish that he is sure is a marlin takes his bait. Unable to pull in the great marlin, Santiago instead finds the fish pulling his skiff. Two days and two nights pass in this manner, during which the old man bears the tension of the line with his body. Though he is wounded by the struggle and in pain, Santiago expresses a compassionate appreciation for his adversary, often referring to him as a brother. On the third day of the ordeal, the fish begins to circle the skiff, indicating his tiredness to the old man. Santiago, now completely worn out and almost in delirium, uses all the strength he has left in him to pull the fish onto its side and stab the marlin with a harpoon, ending the long battle between the old man and the tenacious fish. Thinking about the high price the fish will bring him at the market and how many people he will feed. While Santiago continues his journey back to the shore, sharks are attracted to the trail of blood left by the marlin in the water. The first, a great makosharks, Santiago kills with his harpoon, losing that weapon in the process. But the sharks keep coming, and by nightfall the sharks have almost devoured the marlin's entire carcass, leaving a skeleton consisting mostly of its backbone, its tail and its head. Finally reaching the shore before dawn on the next day, Santiago struggles on the way to his shack, carrying the heavy mast on his shoulder. Once home, he slumps onto his bed and falls into a deep sleep.

Old man and CA Really Inspirational

Dear CCI friends,

a) This is my effort to share among you a real life story. This is the real life story of my boss friend.

b) When I failed several time in CA exam then I have asked the question with my self as to “is the word CA has the meaning of “Come again”?

c) Why I have failed in spite of my hard work. After frequent failure, again going to write the exam, Most of the face is common and familiar. When I failed, I have to face so many questions from the society.

d) When I succeeded, no one there even to appreciate. I thought, this may be the behavior of people. This means all the people are not like that.

e) Those who had failed have any valid reason for failure which may be ranging from any physical illness or Boss has not allowed leave to prepare.

f) All seems to be valid and reasonable. They all are finding a shelter to cover up their failure. When I cleared my CA exam, some of the familiar faces still continue the same process.

g) But when I failed, there was one person whose great life experience helped me to come positively write the exam.

h) I also realized that giving up the CA course is not a solution. Any way, I started the journey. So, I don’t want to discontinue the journey in between. Now, I thought , this is the right time to share with one and each of you.

The main hero of my story.

Ø He is my boss friend and both are done the articles together in the year 1982.

Ø He is cleared the Intermediate exam in the first attempt during the year 1983.

Ø He had written Both group and cleared Second group 1985 and my boss become a boss. ( CA)

Ø Next time Failed in first group but secured two exemptions. He just have to clear two more paper to become a qualified Chartered Accountant. But , read the twist which was happened.
But following are the twist of his story

a) Every time the paper MAFA (Now SFM) paper made him trouble. That paper was a big hectic paper for him. Every time after result declared, he is failed in MAFA paper. Even, he may be managed to clear Accounts. If he cleared MAFA, then, fully qualified CA.

b) At the time of solving the problem, he can able to solve during the studies. But exam, he was a total failure during the exam time. Some thing wrong.

c) There is a good dedication in studies and he never be dishearten in his studies due to constant failure.

b) Lost the exemption which he had secured earlier attempt and that caused to write all the papers in first group. If you are in his place, you may be left the CA course forever. This was the first twist.

c) There are so many syllabus changes over, this caused further trouble since he has to learn with the new syllabus. This is another twist.

d) Went to coaching twice for the subject MAFA (SFM) and full mind and body was dedicated to this paper. But failed. He failed not one year but for 21 years.

e) He never missed even a single exam attempt. He never felt bad about himself. He already started his own business to write and finalize account.

f) His wife was so supportive and given him all the form of moral support.

g) Finely cleared during 2006 may attempt and become a real hero.

What we have to understand.

1) Never give up our effort. Failure that is after constant effort simply miserable experience. But, it is life and we have to accept my dear friends. Be positive.

2) Some of our friends were leave the CA course merely due to failure or fear to fail. Please observe the above example, how much time the hero was written CA final first group exam? 18 years.

3) Try to find the mistake of yours. Some time you may be not able to find your reason for failure. But, it can be traced out by some others.

4) Experience make the life more perfect.

My Autobiography how i become CA

Dear CCI members

I am here by invite your kind attention to my real life story.

About me:-

I am an average student up to my Graduation level.
Study language are Vernacular medium up to B com second year (Malayalam)
Weak in mathematics and opted to Choose humanities up to plus 2

About my family Back ground:-
It is a below average family.
My parents were struggled hard to earn daily necessity expense.
Not having good dress to wear and good food to eat. Thus, No hope for me to study after my Graduation.

My Academic records Up to Graduations.
Courses
marks %
SSLC
47%
Pre Degree
50%
B Com
55%

My decision to Join CA course

Up to my pre Degree course, un employment was most common things, thus, I firmly believed that investment in studies are utter waste of time, better to go any job.

At that time, my senior have changed this thought, conveyed me the importance of studies. There is a course called CA, if you pass the course, you will surely get a good opportunity and good carrier. I was so motivated like any other things in the life.

For taking CA course, I have opted b com. But after joined the course, the interest is come down up to my B com final year. Then, I realized my mission CA. Changed my vernacular medium in to English.

My first Challenge (English language)

During the initial stages, I found very difficult and adjust with English language. Some time I have changed to switch over to my vernacular language. However, my mission was CA.

I took this as a challenge. If a new meaning comes, at the same time I will refer the dictionary understood the new words and its meaning. Over a period of time, I learned so many English words and I felt independent.

Decision to join any job

My family was poor and struggling for daily bread and butter. My mind is not allowed me to higher studies rather taking care my family responsibility in to my shoulder. I am the elder son.

Decision to Join CA course

My parents and younger brother supported me a lot and advised me to ignore about the financial crisis. You should join CA course. Thus, in front of their love, I have taken the decision to join the CA course.

Boss reaction at first time

My first impression was negative. My Boss was not willing to admit me in to his CA firm since I have lower academic records. CA course is difficult to clear even for a brilliant student. So, take decision carefully.

At last, In front of my repeated request, Boss mind get changed. He advised me that re think again and come back.

I took the decision to join CA and started my Article ship.

My limitations

I know my limitations about language and fundamentals of accounts. First step I have took is started with Plus one Accountancy book and a four line book of UKG students. Both angles I was focused well.

I am aware about my family ambition on me and necessity for becoming a CA. In sleep and wake I am prepared mentally for CA.
Carried a hard and good daily routine. I am also aware about the depthless of CA and that helped me a lot to concentrate more.

That concentration helped me a lot. I never stopped my daily study routine even for one day up to clearing my first group of Intermediate.

Coaching

No money for attend coaching. Only one course is self study and good hard work. Thus, the absence of coaching was nothing in front of my hard work.

First failure

I have cleared my first group in the first attempt and made a good impression. I felt over confidence about me. This lead to my first failure in Cost and FM. This failure continued over a period of 2 year. Then realized my mistake. Changed this mistake and cleared PE 2.

Final level

I was attended coaching for three subject ( Practical) Rest I was managed because of my rigorous learning during PE 2 level with respect to theory subject. I was really improved during this level. I become more systematic with studies. That helped me a lot to become a CA.

Wish you all the best

Memory Improvement techneque

An ultimate assistance to CA students

Dear Friends and members. This is my humble request to give you some useful and helpful information. The subject matter of discussion is “Memory improvement tricks”. If you observe the following information, No doubt, you also can improve your memory.
1.

Give a positive feed back to your brain that you have a good memory that will improve.

a) Some may be having inferior complex that they can’t able to remember a simple phone number of friends or other silly things. That means you are not a poor memory holder. Common, listen next steps.
2. Keep your Brain Active.
a) The brain is not a muscle, but regularly "exercising" the brain actually does keep it growing and spurs the development of new nerve connections that can help improve memory.
b) Thus, your daily routine studies have a great role in improving your memory.
3. Exercise daily
a) Regular aerobic exercise improves circulation and efficiency throughout the body, including in the brain, and can help ward off the memory loss that comes with aging.
b) Exercise also makes you more alert and relaxed, and can thereby improve your memory uptake, allowing you to take better mental "pictures."
4. Reduce stress
a) Chronic stress, although it does not physically damage the brain, can make remembering much more difficult.
b) Even temporary stresses can make it more difficult to effectively focus on concepts and observe things.
c) Try to relax, regularly practice yoga or other stretching exercises, and see a doctor if you have severe chronic stress.
5. Eat well and eat right.
a) Feed your brain with such supplements as Thiamine, Vitamin E, Niacin and Vitamin B-6. Grazing,
b) Eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals also seems to improve mental functioning (including memory) by limiting dips in blood sugar, which may negatively affect the brain.
6. Take better pictures.
a) Often we forget things not because our memory is bad, but rather because our observational skills need work.
b) One way to train yourself to be more observant is to look at an unfamiliar photograph for a few seconds and then turn the photograph over and describe or write down as many details as you can about the photograph.
c) Try closing your eyes and picturing the photo in your mind. Use a new photograph each time you try this exercise, and with regular practice you will find you're able to remember more details with even shorter glimpses of the photos.
7. Give yourself time to form a memory.
a) Memories are very fragile in the short-term, and distractions can make you quickly forget something as simple as a phone number.
b) The key to avoid losing memories before you can even form them is to be able to focus on the thing to be remembered for a while without thinking about other things, so when you're trying to remember something, avoid distractions and complicated tasks for a few minute.
8. Create vivid, memorable images.
a) You remember information more easily if you can visualize it.
9. Repeat things you need to learn.
a) The more times you hear, see, or think about something, the more surely you'll remember it.
b) Repeat it, either out loud or silently. Try writing it down; think about it.
10. Group things you need to remember.
a) Random lists of things (a shopping list, for example) can be especially difficult to remember.
b) Group the things based on a particular order .
11. Organize your life.
a) Use an electronic organizer or daily planner to keep track of appointments, due dates for bills, and other tasks.
12.Try meditation
a) Research now suggests that people who regularly practice "mindfulness" meditation are able to focus better and may have better memories.
b) Some researchers believe this can enhance attention span, focus, and memories.
13. Sleep well
a) The amount of sleep we get affects the brain's ability to recall recently learned information.
b) Getting a good night's sleep "a minimum of seven hours a night " may improve your short-term memory and long-term relational memory, according to recent studies conducted at the Harvard Medical School.
14.Venture out and learn from your mistakes.
a) Go ahead and take a stab at memorizing the first one hundred digits of pi, or, if you've done that already, the first one thousand.
b) Memorize the monarchs of England through your memory palaces, or your grocery list through visualization.

Exam stress reduction Tips

Exam cause stress not only to you but also your family. Your parents also have stress and they always think whether my son/ daughter will pass out this time. This is the last few days before exam. My discussion here is some good relaxation and stress reduction technique.

WHEN REVISING
Drink water throughout the day - keeping the brainhydrated helps it to work best.

Take regular short breaks whilst studying and do some gentle stretching or, better still, go outside for a few minutes and get some fresh air.
Snack on fruit and healthy options rather than loads of chocolate bars which will play havoc with blood sugar levels and cause energy lows.
Break work tasks up into manageable chunks, prioritise the most important bits and set realistic goals for each day. A written revision plan can be helpful if you feel overwhelmed.
Plan some regular relaxation and ‘fun’ time, ideally in a different place to where you are studying.
Spend some time talking to positive and encouraging people - avoid the ‘doom mongers’ and anyone who makes you feel agitated.
Make sure you get as much sleep as you feel you need to be alert and motivated during the revision period (see tips below).
Remember that this is not forever. Make the effort now to do your best and tell yourself how good you will feel when it is all over.
THE NIGHT BEFORE THE EXAM

Getting a good night’s sleep before an exam is excellent preparation for the day ahead, so we have compiled some tried and trusted “Do’s and Don’ts”. The relaxation exercise works for adults too!
GOOD THINGS TO DO
Have a warm milky drink or herbal tea before bed.
Have a warm, fragrant bath before bed (not a hot one, see below)
Browse through a magazine or read a chapter of a (non school) book before putting out the light.
Listen to some relaxing music
Practise a simple relaxation exercise (see below)
THINGS TO AVOID
AVOID the temptation to stay up late studying so that you are over-tired, as your memory cannot retain things when your brain is exhausted.
AVOID stimulants such as tea, coffee or cola drinks for at least four hours before going to bed.
AVOID having a hot bath before you go to bed, as it is very stimulating.
AVOID watching anything too exciting on TV before you go to bed, as it is difficult to then unwind.
How to Relax
a) When you are anxious or stressed you tend to worry a lot and things go round and round in your head, which is a waste of energy. Worrying about a problem solves nothing!
b) The opposite of being stressed and anxious is to be relaxed and calm.
c) Practising a simple relaxation exercise before you go to sleep can help you to wind down and to get things into perspective.

How can remain Happy

Dear Friends and members,
This is my humble effort to point out how we can be happy. Now a day, we all are busy and no time to be happy. Mostly, our life becomes a Robotic manner. Doing the same thing in a mechanical manner. If there is no worry then we will be happy always. Thus, stress kills our happiness.
Forget stress.
Golden age of our life is boyhood days. We all are happy, it is because we all got gift to forget the stress. If we all have this quality in this adult age, then, we all are to be happy.
Thus, for coming out of stress is to forget stress and you will be happy. It was so simple but profound lesson.
But as adults, it becomes difficult for us to forget like children do. We all are stressed in one form or other form to secure a good and happy life. It is difficult for adults to forget the stress and become happy. However, we can reduce stress, if we take self initiative towards this direction.
Those who worried about exam, please go through the following statement.
One message we all should be borne in mind that “"whenever you loose try to learn what you need to learn to win. When you learn you will never become stressed for loosing. You will be happy because you have transformed disadvantage to your advantage."

When we ask why do we become unhappy let us contemplate?

1. Do we forget to forget stress?
2. Do we have no time to be happy?
3. Does it mean a sacrifice to be happy?
4. Do we have to keep asking why?
5. Do we love the challenges we face?
6. Do we like ourselves for failing to be happy?
And so on... you can add your own questions for contemplation.

Better practise good meditation and yoga which will help to improve your happiness and peace by giving better view and perspective of the thinks and setting your priorities better. Living is an art, if you feel happy, we feel the earth is Heaven, if we feel stress, then; it is a hell like Feeling. Don’t worry be happy.

An Inspirational story of Bhudda

Dear Friends and CCI members
This is my simple effort to bring some inspirational thought. Body require good food to remain healthy and mind also require some good thought to remain positive.

Thirsty Buddha

a) Once Buddha was travelling with a few of his followers. While they were passing a lake, Buddha told one of his disciples, "I am thirsty. Do get me some water from the lake."
b) The disciple walked up to the lake. At that moment, a bullock cart started crossing through the lake. As a result, the water became very muddy and turbid. The disciple thought, "How can I give this muddy water to Buddha to drink?"
c) So he came back and told Buddha, "The water in there is very muddy. I don't think it is fit to drink."
d) After about half an hour, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back to the lake.
e) The disciple went back, and found that the water was still muddy. He returned and informed Buddha about the same.
f) After sometime, again Buddha asked the same disciple to go back.
g) This time, the disciple found the mud had settled down, and the water was clean and clear. So he collected some water in a pot and brought it to Buddha.
h) Buddha looked at the water, and then he looked up at the disciple and said," See what you did to make the water clean. You let it be, and the mud settled down on its own -- and you have clear water.
i) Your mind is like that too! When it is disturbed, just let it be. Give it a little time. It will settle down on its own. You don't have to put in any effort to calm it down. It will happen. It is effortless."
j) Having 'Peace of Mind' is not a strenuous job; it is an effortless process!

The lesson from the above story

a) When the mind is disturbed, it is the tendency to blame everything under the earth. Some may also think that they are perfect in all the aspects and problem is with others. Thus, which ultimately leads to non correction of own mistake.
b) When someone fails in CA exam, there are cases of blaming ICAI president and institute. This is happened and will happen in the future.
c) If the mind is disturbed, there may emerge a tendency for baseless grudges, angry, blaming all these feeling will further multiply the disturbance.
d) Instead, taking the thinks rationally and understand the reason as to what cause the disturbance of mind then we have won the battle half and remaining half we will won through our effort. Failure is not the end of the life, rather means to learn lesson correct the mistake and improve you. This is the opportunity to self improvement.
e) No one in the earth free from the worst incidents in the life. As a human being we all have to face much kind of worst incidents. Make the mind calm in such circumstances.

Real life inspirational story

Reduce Stress and Improve your exam productivity

When students think about the time around exams, the first word that comes to mind is usually 'Stress!' While it's true that exam time will never be a truly relaxing experience (not if you care about your results, anyway).

You can take steps to ensure the stress of exam time helps, rather than hinders, your ability to pass.

Too much stress around exam time can cause any of the following

a) an inability to focus on the exam question

b) Forgetting material you've learned, through to headaches, cramps, nausea and shaking.

c) None of which will help you manage a good mark in the exam! So how can you manage your stress levels to make sure they don't get in your way?

1 - SCHEDULE YOUR STUDY IN ADVANCE

a) Most students know that cramming the night before never works and they never setting up a study schedule in advance (and then following it) - but somehow, we end up doing it anyway!

b) Start thinking about what you're going to need to study at least a few weeks (if not longer) before the exam, and set up a timetable for yourself. This is for revision part. Before that , you have to cover at least one round of studies.

c) Use checklists, and cross off each topic once you've covered it. Try different study techniques, and test yourself frequently to identify which ones work best for you.

2 - DON'T SKIMP ON YOUR SLEEP

a) With so much study to do (or perhaps to avoid doing?), sleep is a common casualty of exam time.

b) It's also one of your best allies for a clear mind, so if you care about your exam results, make sure you don't let it slide.

c) Aim to get 7 hours a night minimum in the weeks leading up to exams (more if you're feeling tired - different bodies have different requirements), and ensure you get an early night before each exam - even if your exam isn't until the afternoon

3 - WATCH YOUR DIET

a) Perhaps more than at any other time of year, nutrition levels are critical during exam time.

b) Our brains simply can't function optimally if we're not supplying them with enough of the nutrients they need.

c) If you're on any kind of calorie-controlled diet, consider relaxing it a little around exam time, and make sure you're eating plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains.

d) Consider a multi-vitamin supplement if you're not already taking one.

4 - KEEP MOVING

a) As the exams draw closer, it can be easy to lock yourself in the library (or your room) and not come out for hours at a time.

b) The trouble with this is that when we stop moving, our brains get sluggish.

c) If you want to make sure you're taking in what you study, it's important to get some form of exercise - even just a walk around the block - at least once a day.

d) And if you're starting to feel stress symptoms building as you study, try taking time out for something even more energetic.

5 - EXPERIMENT WITH RELAXATION

There are a number of different relaxation methods available - how many have you tried?

1) Meditation,

2) listening to soothing music,

3) hypnosis audios,

4) burning relaxing essential oils,

5) yoga,

6) hot (or cool) baths,

7) Journaling and walking through somewhere green are all possibilities.

6 - DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE!

a) Both before and during exams, oxygen is your friend!

b) Focused deep breathing is a relaxation technique you can use regularly during the time leading up to the exam, and it's also a great tool to have during the exam itself.

c) When you're under pressure, it's natural for your breathing to start speeding up and getting shallower.

d) Don't let it! Consciously take slower, deeper breaths and watch yourself start to relax, and your thoughts begin to clear as you do.

All the best

Dear Friends and CCI members
This is my humble effort to bring a real life story. There are a lot of people who wish to become CA. But, their age factors, family responsibility etc will prevent them to become their goal. Old man and Old CA... Inspirational story

Dearest friends and members
This is my humble effort to give you to a spectacular inspiration through the novel “ Old man and Sea” and a fabulous quotes “man can be defeated but cannot be destroyed’.
Plot summary is the first segment and absorb the input from the plot and come to its application to one and each CCI member to achieve your ultimate goal CA.
Plot summary

Plot summary
a) The Old Man and the Sea tells an epic battle between an old, experienced fisherman and a giant marlin.
b) The fisherman, who is named Santiago, has gone 84 days without catching any fish at all. He is so unlucky that his young apprentice, Manolin, has been forbidden by his parents to sail with the old man and been ordered to fish with more successful fishermen.
c) Thus on the 85th day, Santiago sets out alone, taking his skiff far onto the Gulf. He sets his lines and, by noon of the first day, a big fish that he is sure is a marlin takes his bait.
d) Unable to pull in the great marlin, Santiago instead finds the fish pulling his skiff. Two days and two nights pass in this manner, during which the old man bears the tension of the line with his body. Though he is wounded by the struggle and in pain, Santiago expresses a compassionate appreciation for his adversary, often referring to him as a brother.
e) On the third day of the ordeal, the fish begins to circle the skiff, indicating his tiredness to the old man. Santiago, now completely worn out and almost in delirium, uses all the strength he has left in him to pull the fish onto its side and stab the marlin with a harpoon, ending the long battle between the old man and the tenacious fish.
f) Thinking about the high price the fish will bring him at the market and how many people he will feed.
g) While Santiago continues his journey back to the shore, sharks are attracted to the trail of blood left by the marlin in the water. The first, a great makosharks, Santiago kills with his harpoon, losing that weapon in the process.
h) But the sharks keep coming, and by nightfall the sharks have almost devoured the marlin's entire carcass, leaving a skeleton consisting mostly of its backbone, its tail and its head.
i) Finally reaching the shore before dawn on the next day, Santiago struggles on the way to his shack, carrying the heavy mast on his shoulder. Once home, he slumps onto his bed and falls into a deep sleep.

Spectacular inspiration from the story to your life
a) Often students tend to curse everything else under the sun for not passing this course. But you have literally made the adage into practice- Where there is a will, there is a way.
b) You may be unlucky by constant and frequent exam failure; your positive zeal may be diluted. Not at all in a position to do extra work and thus failure continue as usual.
c) As far as you are concerned the marlin fish can be compared with your CA. In the course of achieving the CA course, no doubt you have to face so many adverse influences against you. But it is life my dear friend, we have to fight until we secure our goal. Be willing to face the challenges and fight with full of energy.
d) Observe the experience of this old man, by age, he is not healthy, by luck he is unlucky, and there is no support for him. Likewise, your academic level you may be not a super intellectual, by unlucky factor, you may be failed consecutively, No support such as coaching or other support from your boss may be not available in the matter of study leave, or your family responsibility.
e) Never give up, whether the outcome may be positive or may be negative. We all are targeting positive outcome. But failure ,even after our hard work is simply say miserable. But it is life, my dears, we have to face, No doubt one day you will surely achieve your ultimate goal.
f) Man can be defeated but cannot be destroyed. Once you defeated again preserve full energy and put whole hearted effort to achieve your goal until you success your exam.
g) Finally you will achieve your goal no doubt.

All the best
